Couples Therapy / Poly Relationship Therapy
If you are in a relationship with another human being, it is common to encounter challenges. It's part of being human! Sometimes, the challenges may reach a point when they become difficult to resolve on your own, and an outside person and perspective can be useful to help sort through what's happening. Typically, couples* who seek Sex Therapy will also work on non-sexual issues as part of the therapy; sometimes the challenges affect your sex life, sometimes your sex life affect the challenges, and sometimes it's something else altogether. Working together to improve communication and increase understanding, clarity, and mutual empathy is what makes it possible for relationships to be nurtured and strengthened.
*Relationships can exist and thrive in a wide range of configurations, inclusive of polyamory and any other type of agreement amongst those involved in the consensual relationship(s).
All types of relationships are welcome in my practice.
